Here was the drum kit setup for the FLoT session. Chuck’s 5th tom had not arrived by the time that we recorded, so that would have to wait a year to appear on an album. We ended up using 11 mics. One on each tom, one on the kick, two on the snare, one on the hat, two overheads, and one room.
